I want to thank all the Chicks who wrote me and welcomed me into Debbie's (Our) Wonderful Hen House. I am honored and thrilled to be a part of this group and with such a loving Top Hen as Debbie, I am sure we will be well loved and cared for.
Since I am off line at the Farm I can't be as involved as many of you, but I will write to any who send me letters as a way of staying in touch. I hope I can be involved as much as possible off-line as I know I will so enjoy being a Chick with you all.

Love & Hugs,
Michele' aka Batznthebelfry

Tammy, It is like reading a mini novel, one of her letters, you will be getting one! She loves to write letters and after 10 pages her handwriting still looks perfect! I have the worst hand writing, so I always pay attention to everyone's great writing! all of you have beautiful handwriting also!

I just sent Mee-Chele another letter today and a few mystery books.

I agree with you Connie...she writes wonderful letters. And Tammy...I agree with you too, after writing for five minutes my
hands are cramping and my letters get bigger and bigger. I'm starting to look like a person going blind who writes with large
strokes of the pen. LOL

Hugs,
Peggy

Hey Peggy try a different pen. It might not make your hands cramp as much.

I found my letter from Michele and now am going to answer it.It was on my table under craft stuff, silly me.

I have a fatter pen and I feel better when I write. Snail mail is always great besides that it keeps the post office in business.
We should swamp the post offices with letters and then they wouldn't think of closing the small post offices.

I am doing my part. I have two packages and a letter to take over to the post office tomorrow. :D
I found a neat website I thought some of you might enjoy. I have some paperback books that I wanted to get rid of and I can post them on this site. www.paperbackswap.com You get credits for each book you mail and then you can use those credits to request a book from someone else. You pay media mail shipping when you mail one of your books but you don't pay shipping when you request a book and someone mails to you. Working out great for me because I can get books I want to read by swapping out those I am done with, and if I don't want to keep those I can swap them out again. My dad enjoys reading so I have been getting him a series of books and swapping them when he is done. Just thought someone might be interested.

hugs,
Denise~~

Denise...I have used several of the paperback swap places about 4 years ago...before I got my E-Reader. It is a great
way to get rid of the old and get some new to you ones that you want.

Darlene...I need to get a "FAT" Pen....I'm on the look out for a good one. The thing is...I love purple ink and I have
never seen a fat pen with anything but black...which I hate. If I can't have purple then I use blue but NEVER Black it is
boring. LOL

If it wasn't for MJF the Post Offices would probably have to ALL shut down! ha! I think we do a very good job supporting them don't
you girls????

Hugs,
Peggy
