The way our Post office work here all of it is slow. Our main office sometimes holds the mail. Seriously!

Linda, glad you liked it! Darlene, Our post office holds mail a few days too, they have to extend service to us. We don't live within the city limits of the post office, we are in the county, nobody wants us, but our taxes are cheaper!! we are the orphans! LOL!

Thanks Ruth for the Beautiful Thanksgiving card! I display mine in my dinning room. My family loves to look at them when they visit!
Linda, my post office that delivers my mail is 20 miles away, the one I use to mail off farmgirl mail is only 8 miles away. We are not in their city limits either!

| Today I was blessed in a HUGE way!!!! As most of you have probably read, we were scammed out of our closing costs, and will most likely never see that money ever again. That is $5000 gone, with Christmas right around the corner. With seven children, a new home, and the likes, this has added quite a bit of stress... stress that we are trying not to display too much to our children. Any "luxeries" have thus been put on the back burner. One such luxery that my hubby and I had discussed was a new planner for 2017... we decided that we would do without. Then today I went to the post office to pick up a package... from Sara. She knew nothing of the conversation my hubby and I had had, and yet, God had placed it on her heart to order me a 2017 planner. It is with tears in my eyes and running down my face that I say a heartfelt thank you to Sara for her generosity and blessing me in such a HUGE way! <3 |
