| Ladies, one of my former first graders died yesterday in a four wheeler accident while at work on a ranch. I am heart broken. Please pray for his family. |

| Thanks ladies, Debbie he was a little boy in 1989. Now he was a husband and daddy. A friend told me that his brother died several years ago. Boy that makes this more difficult for his parents. |

| Marilyn, this recent death of your student is just so sad. I know it shook the entire community that knew him too. It is so good that people like you, his teacher, can be a powerful support person for the grieving family. You knew this little guy in context of his school life and can share the beautiful ways he contributed to the life of his classroom and friends. We need to hear these stories of someone's life when they die because it helps seal those positive memories in our minds and hearts as we remember that person to others. |

| Thanks Winnie. When I met his Dad, again after almost 30 years, I was able to tell him a sweet story as well as Say that I had read so many sweet comments about the person he had become, as an adult. |
