Denise, just put the seeds in your collection. Then next spring, open your envelope and plant the seeds.
I saved a bunch of seeds two years ago. I smeared them on paper towels just like these. They were from our neighbors and their daughter had planted every variety she could find...or do it seemed. Well when I was planting in the little pucks and pots on Valentine's day, I ran out. So I laid a strip of paper towel with two year old, dry tomato seeds smeared on it, in the gray that fits in the seed starting frame and covered them with potting mix, and water. I wondered if they would come up. Boy oh boy did they ever come up and grow. I called them my tomato forest. So I know the seeds I sent to Darlene, Linda and Denise should be fine. And since they are not hybrid seed...you should get porter tomatoes!
