Good grief! I just miss a couple days of posting and missed all the events. So very glad everyone is ok. God is good. My husband is finally better. After his back surgery he got a staph infection. I am glad January is over!

Sorry to read about the serious things going on in some of your lives. Trying to keep all of you in my prayers. So glad God knows all the details of each of you. If I make mistayin my prayers He knows what I'm praying about.

It's been so hectic for me the past few months. Both mine and my husband's moms dying and now after about 25 years we are finally getting to know our granddaughter. She has been in the hospital for the past two weeks. She has liver issues that are kind of scary and had her gall bladder removed. Now she is retaining a large amount of fluid. More tests were done today. Waiting for results. My Aunt in another state needs help with medical issues. She and her sister (my Mom's sisters) are turning to me for help. All I can do is help over the phone. I seem to be a life like for them. At least I can encourage, listen and pray for them. Seem like it will never stop. I don't like medical issues, but I deal with them a lot.

Brenda, prayers for all you have going on. I don't like dealing with stuff like that either but have to do it.

Brenda, Praying for you as you deal with so many problems. Life can be so difficult at times, but we just have to do the best we can and leave the rest up to the Lord. Take care of you as well :)!

I have a prayer request tonight. My sweet hubby's heart went into AFIB last Friday, we went to the ER, just about the time they were going to give him some meds to slow his heart down, it went back to normal rythum! Praise the Lord
However our Cardiologist wants to see him tomorrow to try to figure out why this is happening, Friday it lasted well over an hour, the other times, have been a few minutes. He has a pacemaker, but that is to make his heart beat in case it tries to stop. He flat lined in 1995, and they have no idea why, so that is why he has a pacemaker now. Thanks for your prayers, they are appreciated

Good news everyone! Life is settling down. Closed Mom's bank accounts today and it feels so good to have all the bills and obligations over. Can't believe how much was accomplished in just 4 months. My stress level has gone down drastically and I'm actually seeing some of my hair growing again.

My brother-in-law is still on oral chemo. We are praying for healing of the kidney cancer. My sister is doing well with her breast cancer.

Ruth I'm praying for your husband and the doctors tending to him.
