No, I bought my place in 2010. The 2.22 acres she lives on were divided out and sold way back in 1970. There have been several owners of that spot, including one who repaired small motor items. Seems the driveway is really entirely on my property according to the survey that was done when I bought the property. However, since 1970, it has been shared. Hopefully all prayers will be answered and I will get new good neighbors.

I am joining everyone here in need of extra prayers today. It is hard sometimes to navigate troubled waters in life. There are no easy answers and sometimes it feels very lonely. I will be keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers for peace and resolutions.

Linda, we drive through part of our neighbors land to get to our place, then he drives through just as much of ours to get back into his place where their home is located. We all had to sign easement papers when we bought this property. You might want to check on that...just in case.

I will check into that, Marilyn. I don't remember having to sign anything but the closing papers - nothing else at the title company.

Prayers needed, The doctor texted Ed - he got the MRI results. It is a medial meniscus tear and he is going to recommend a scope (surgery). He told Ed "so prepare her". LOL! Ed has been his surgical nurse. Ed went to my initial appointment with me, but has to work tomorrow so won't be coming with me. :-( Not sure how soon the surgery will be, but probably pretty soon. I'm hoping everything is fixed and I have no more problems with this knee.

You will be in my prayers Linda. That sounds like a tiny incision surgery, I hope so.
Take care

Thanks, Darlene. I hope it is small incisions, too.
Ed can't assist in the surgery, because the Dr. no longer uses the surgery center where Ed works.

Hi guys. I'm taking a short break from on here to spend time with my children... One of their friend's (at 10 years old) just lost her mother to the hands of her father. It was a very brutal and vicious murder. She has no family here as they've only lived here for about the last year. My children, and quite honestly all of us, are having a truly difficult time handling this! Your prayers are coveted!!!
