Thank you Mary Ellen for the update. Prayers for everyone today.
If you are coated with ice like we are or snow...Please be very careful...walking outdoors or driving could pose issues.

Hi all! Thank you so much for the prayers! Due to pure laziness and exhaustion, I am copying and pasting what I put on the main forum. But let me scream from the mountain tops, Praise God! He heard our prayers and heart cries and continues to answer them!
Thank you all so much for the prayers!!! What an ordeal, but our God is great! In Rapid City we were told Will would probably never regain his vision in his right eye. His cornea had an abrasion and there was bleeding in his iris. The pressure in his eye was too high which was damaging his optic nerve. He could "see" light (more it bothered him than actually seeing it) and that was it. So we were flown to Denver Children's Hospital. By the time we got there, God had given Will back his vision! They got his pressure in his eye down to normal, and a clot had formed in his iris. For the next few days (until at least Monday when he gets reevaluated), we have to use drops to keep his eye dilated, so as not to dislodge the clot, and other drops to keep his pressures down. We also have to keep his head at a 30 to 45 degree incline and he cannot do any strenuous activity. They will be doing an additional test on Monday to check to see if there is any damage to his drainage system in his eye. The fact that we were able to get a ride home from Denver was a miracle in itself! Brad had not slept in 24 hours... he was in no shape to drive 6-8 hours to come get us and then back... so a friend drove down to get Will and I to bring us back! We are now home

Ladies, I am asking for prayers for my granddaughter Violet. She woke up having trouble breathing and my dd took her to the doctor. They took her right in and got her on a steroid and albuterol in the nebulizer. After two hours they sent her home. She was home but dd had to take her to the emergency room as after 2 hours at home she was getting worse. They have her at children's hospital and will keep her overnight. Hopefully getting it under control so she can go home tomorrow. I don't know who has the baby and other 2 girls at home yet. I would so appreciate your prayers for her and her momma.

Denise does your granddaughter have asthma? Prayers for healing! My husband and I both had nieces who had asthma. His niece was in the ER frequently. It was scary for all!

Marilyn, she is two and they said it was brought by a virus but no one in their family has had any virus and she's only had a runny nose. Her oldest sister has asthma and her dad suffers with allergies at times. I'm praying that she and her mom can both get rest tonight. Just praying for them is all I can do and it is a bit frustrating for me. But it is all I can do.
