Well my friends, today was Triston's big day! On Saturday we all drove to eat at Babe's! Fried Chicken, at its best. T loves chicken, so he was enjoying himself. I told him it was a see you later party...not a going away party...I think that is what his family had for him on Sunday. Then on Monday morning we said good bye to him. It was sad, Had cried, and cried. Baylee was able to keep it together there in the house. Then he drove himself, Bay and Julie to the recruiters office, then back here to get his military watch, then they drove to Dallas. There they checked him into his hotel, went to find a place for them to stay, went out to dinner, then sat out by the pool at His hotel until he had to report to his room at 10pm. Julie said more than a few tears fell during the hour by the pool. It was the last private moments they shared. Up very early today, they all had to go to the Federal Courts building down town. Julie and B got there very early. The buses of young recruits came later. Finally they saw him. But he could not visit, he had to fill out and sign more paperwork. Then they saw him as he was sworn in. Wow! Finally they allowed them some family visiting, picture taking minutes. Mostly it was a sad time for most. B thinks there were about 100 young guys. She was concerned because they were just out of high school. She felt sorry for one kid who had no family there.
So my prayer request is for our newly weds, as they learn to live for a couple of months, apart...It will be hard but they will do it.
Also pray for the other young people who made that trip today!
Then pray for us, as we miss our sweet guy, and give emotional support to our Bay.
Then lastly please pray for our hen house, and the others too, our sisters thru MJF, and pray for America, our President and his family.

Adding my prayers and good wished for this young couple. Youth is a time of change and moving forward and I bet these two will find strength in places they didn't know they had.

Prayers for the young marrieds who are now a military family. I know how hard that is as we were separated for long periods of time a month after we were married and 6k miles away from my family. It was an experience I did not enjoy at the time but am grateful for now. They will need our faithful prayers.

Praying...I've never been in an earthquake. I think they'd be pretty unnerving.

Thanks Debbie. I've felt three small tracking quakes, but have never been in a big one.
These quakes continue.

I've been thinking and praying that Darlene is safe too. Fortunately, the news coverage of the event does not mention any effects up north, so hopefully Darlene was safe.

Hi sweet sisters, I am in need of prayer. I found out this week that I have a mass on my pancreas. I am going for a CT Monday morning at 8 am for more detailed imaging of the mass, after that is done, they will schedule a Endoscopic Ultrasound with biopsy to be done in a hospital in Atlanta. The Lord has given me peace, for which I am so thankful. My family does not know yet, as we have a great grandbaby that was due on July 4th, and still has not arrived. I am going to have to tell them Monday night something, as they know I have had some tests. Prayers would be appreciated for my whole family at this time. Thank you so much - you all are such a blessing to me
