I drove to Dublin tonight for a visitation. My friend who no longer drives, well her 91 year old mother in law passed away. Now Dublin is about twenty miles away. I asked my husband for directions to the funeral home. He could not remember, but told me the general area. Guess what! It was easy and right where he did not remember it being. I got to see one of my first graders from long ago. He gave me a nice hug. His son came to the day care when he was three. Now he is in high school. I am pleased that he is such a good daddy. I think this was the third time this fall that he has flown to Texas. The first two trips were to visit his son and watch him March in the band. This time was to come(both of them) to Grandma and great grandma's funeral.

Please keep our sweet Sherry and her family in our prayers. She lost her Mother-in-Law this week. The services are Friday.

Girls I saw this on Facebook today for our dear Ruth.
Her granddaughter posted this.

" All my prayer warriors please pray hard for my Grammy!!! She has severe sepsis almost septic shock on top of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Pray that the antibiotics work and she can go home tomorrow, they have home care set up for her if she gets to go home." All my prayer warriors please pray hard for my Grammy!!!

Bonnie, my dad had sepsis too but because of his age and condition they were not able to help him. But they can with the antibiotics. I was hoping and praying Ruth had gotten good results from her scan last time. Continuing to uphold her in prayer.

I sure will keep you posted.
So far , right before I go back home I have a basic dentist appointment then they will probably pull my teeth, and heal Nd hopefully get new teeth,
Go home on the 10th for a while then come back for the dentist. It would be good if they pulled them before I go back home,
Then a surgery for a knee spacer and hopefully a new knee, it is going to be a long New Year.

I will let you know at least I will be home for a wee bit.

Linda you have busy plans ahead of you and more traveling, wow!

Thank you Marilyn for your many encouragements, and prayers from you all. I do hope I get to do a swap when I get home! I miss that and I do miss my kitties.
And my friends there at home too.
Well take care,
Love you all.
