It sure is Denise! I just hope the doctor speeds up a little bit. It is way past time to have the surgery done.
Plus I am wanting to get out side to walk.

Thanks again.

Marilyn, adding my prayers for your niece and her baby. Darlene, I didn’t know you had such a wonderful friend to help you . What a blessing to have caring and helping hands when you are in need.

LInda, I am hoping today is better than yesterday and tomorrow will be progress as well. I have had two friends got through the surgery you had and it is a big operation. Praying for you to have speedy healing!!

So, I asked my sister about her great grand baby. She says the fluid is down some, which is a good thing. Then she said the baby's head is in position for birth. So a covid test Saturday, and they will induce Monday morning at 4:30 am. I think that sounds exciting. And because of the covid. The only person who can be there with Courtney is the daddy. Yea! They have been married almost four years. When Courtney was born...also when her brother, two years before, were born it must have been a six ring circus...grandmas, grandpas, aunts etc...I felt sorry for the mom. But my sister ran the show back then. Thank you for praying for them.

Oh yes, one other thing...remember when I asked for prayer because our little Schnauzer was trying to die...several weeks ago...finally...She did not want food or water. Finally she ran a temp. and wanted to be outside 24/7! I said I thought she was ready...but hubby did not want her to die. them Sunday evening she would not come so we searched. Finally he found her Monday morning. Had helped dog the hole and bury her. Sad!

Marilyn, I am sorry your hubby's little fur friend passed. It is always hard and sad to lose a special little furry buddy. I hope your niece's baby arrives safely too.

Lots of everyone's mind these days. Our dear friend who has been battling metastatic pancreatic cancer had now entered Hospice. We are all praying that his final days are peaceful and comfortable. He has been such a warrior the past year and endured very tough chemo, surgery, and radiation. One of his son's lives in Peru and the country is closed for leaving and our country is closed for entry. He has been desperately working with the US and Peru Embassies for some sort of opportunity or exception but so far, no path to leave is open. The family desperately wants his home, especially the Dad. So please pray that both countries will work out an emergency solution to allow this young man to give his final good- by in person to his beloved Dad.

Winnie, that is so sad about that young man. There is not much time! So both countries need to bend quickly.I
My uncle (UGH) George and his wife spent his working years in Peru. They made a trip to the U.S. Every other year. Her family was near Chicago and his in central Texas.

There has been good news for our friend's son. Peru officially opens it borders on October making it easy to leave and reenter the country. I don't know what or how this son got the ability to enter the US, but apparently he did and has a flight booked for this coming Friday. Our friend is failing quickly so the family is praying he can last until the son arrives. They use FaceTime to chat all the time so if death appears imminent before Friday, they can FaceTime with him and he can speak to his dad. Hearing is the last sense to go so even if our friend is unresponsive he can still hear and his son can speak to him through the phone. It will be important to both the family and the son that he be able to be at the funeral which now will be assured .
