Thank you all for your prayers and kind thoughts. I could see better by the time my dilation was gone. I don't squint and my vision is clear! Wonderful outcome for me as I have vision in one eye only and having that blurry was frustrating to say the least. But all is well now, Thanks be to God.

Ladies asking prayer today. One of my best friends passed away last night unexpectedly. Her daughter called me this morning. I am in a bit of shock to say the least. She took care of her 97 yr old mom and also her own younger sister. The family is in shock I am sure. Haven't been to see them yet. They need time to figure everything out and process it all.
Her name is Andrea and her family would appreciate your prayers. They know she is with her Savior but it still very difficult to go through this loss.

She no longer has but just her sister and mom and she was caring for them. She has 5 children and 14 grandchildren. Most of the grands are still quite young.

My heart is broken for her family and myself. She was a woman who stayed true to her convictions and she was a godly woman.

Denise, I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. I will keep all of you in my prayers. I don't think there is ever an easy way to say goodbye to someone....either all of a sudden or when you know the time is coming.

JT had his surgery today. It went well but the anesthesia is wearing off and so he is starting to have pain. Hoping it doesn't get too bad. Right now he is taking Ibuprofen. It was a long day. He was supposed to go in at 1:30 and they had him waiting in pre-op until 3:15. So he got out at 4:30 and we headed home. Stopped to get some food in him and got home about 7. Took an hr. to get to the surgery center and traffic was heavy driving back. But he's relaxing now as much as he can. I appreciate everyone's prayers.

Prayers for JT not to have too much pain, and prayers for you too Denise. As I learned in chemo.caregivers need just as much love and attention as the patient.
God bless you both.

Thanks everyone! He got a call from the surgeon and 2 of the nurses called right after the doctor. He's doing well. Doctor told him how and what OTC's to take. We are out now while he is looking at an upcoming job. Guess you can't keep a good man down. Lol. Says it's achy but not throbbing so that is good. Of course not as traumatic as last time. He goes back to see the surgeon in 2 weeks. Don't know if they will have him do pt this time or not. Thanks for being here ladies! You all are the best!
