Linda -- Good thoughts for you. Remember the vitamin D and melatonin -- I've read they help.
My understanding is that the vaccines are good and at least 70% effective against covid. You are at much greater risk from dying from the virus as you are from getting the the vaccine. I plan on getting one as soon as possible |

| Oh Connie, I hope your shoulder is just a temporary aggravation and will heal up again with time. Painful rotator cuff injuries are so awful no matter how small . It is good that you already have an appointment with an Orthopedist soon so that you can get your shoulder evaluated. Keep us posted and I will keep you in my prayers for healing. |

Thank you for all the prayers.
Also, my friend is starting to feel better. She got two of the plasma injections and she said they really helped her. She said most people there were only getting one, so her case must have been a lot worse. She also said that her roommate at the hospital was a retired nurse, and one night the nurse tried to wake her up because Sharon had very labored breathing and had to call for help for Sharon. Sharon told her that she was put there by God to help her, and she was her angel. Isn't that a special story? |

| Thanks for the prayers! I got a steroid injection in my knee and I was taking Prednisone by mouth for my neuropathy in my hand due to MS and it helped my shoulder. I saw the Physical Therapist and he gave ma a RX anti inflamatory. It fells better! |

My friend, Sharon, wants to thank all of you for the prayers for her COVID recovery. She says she feels a little better every day.
Darlene - Sharon also wants me to thank you very much for the beautiful card and tea you sent. She was very surprised and appreciated it very much.

I still tire pretty easily, which is an ongoing result of COVID. I can't do too much on my feet without stopping to rest. Otherwise, I feel pretty good.
