Happy National Wine day! I can drink to that! lol Cheers!

Oh and Happy Tap Dance Day! Did you know that I took tap dancing in highschool as part of a gym class? I don't think it's part of the curriculum anymore!

How far did you go with your Tap dancing. When I was little I learned a little when I lived in New Jersey but did get to complete it. I always like that dancing.
Happy National Wine Day to you Carole.

Sherry, I did get my red noses!! I Donate every year. I got the Red nose pens and left them at my Dr. office in their cup! They always use big Pens so people wont walk away with them. LOL! and Lily june loved the red noses. When Mommie brought her that day, I had it on when I opened the door and she just giggled!!

Happy Birthday to your sons-in laws! and Happy memorial Day!!

I also took tap dancing at the Y (I think) when I was in elementary school. Didn't go far with it, though. LOL!

Happy wine day, Carole.

I need to get my Red Nose. Did you get a nose for Lilly June, too?

I totally missed red nose day, nuts! Our weather turned lousy for Memorial Day so no local parade this year. I guess my family is tired from all the graduation stuff, because nobody planned a picnic!

Happy Day!

I went to the Cemetery and took pictures of it with the Veterans flags flying on each of the Veterans graves and then went to a BBQ and spent a wonderful day there. The weather was beautiful.

Have a good evening.

I think both flags are a good idea. Many families like mine had folks fighting on both sides.

Not in California. Just American and California. This state has enough problems with other things on its own.
I think my grandmother family had something to do on the confederate side because she had some confederate money and let me play with it as a kid and then it disappeared. ;D
She was from Arkansas.
That is all I know though.
Have a good night.

Darlene, did not go far with tap dancing! Just a gym thing!

Happy National Rocky Road day! Enjoy eating your ice cream. If you can't find it at your super market, here is the recipe: Add nuts (almonds and/or pecans), mini marshmallows, and chunks of semisweet chocolate to your favorite ice cream recipe.

I also saw on the Calendar that one day this month is Sewing Machine Day - I guess I qualify since I have 24 of them. I may be donating a few, soon, tho. LOL!

Well, I missed National Donut Day, Phooey! I happen to love cake donuts the best and guess what kind I like best???? You guessed it. Apple cider or Pumpkin Spice rolled in cinnamon sugar. Hahahaha, was there ever any doubt??? LOL!! Once when I was visiting my sister up in northern Virginia, her husband told me about this little diner off the interstate that makes Apple Cider donuts hot every morning by the panful. So, of course, on my way down the road, I stopped. Sure enough you could smell them as soon as you got close to the front door and they were selling then right out of the oven as fast as they could make them. Several people were in line ahead of me, but there were still some left when it was my turn. Delicious! What a treat and what a cool find of a place!!!

Our little farm nearby makes Apple cider donuts year round, too. Fresh everyday but Sunday, Winnie, if you want to come on up!

Happy Day!
