We're supposed to get hard winds today, we got one yesterday that took my flag wind sock off my porch awning and the curly part that was attatched to the awning as well. I will fix it later some day.
I like that wind sock.

hugs

Maybe your wind is what they have been talking about, that we may get during the night. I am ready to be done with wild weather.

Minnesota can be anything in March and April. We had 67 today but 46 tomorrow and 20s by weeks end. I call it the spring dance. I don't ever put anything away in storage. You might need that winter coat in May. It sure makes life interesting.

And I thought it was bad here in Texas. Take care. My DIL is from Wisconsin, and I had seen pictures in the Mondovi news paper, of kids hunting eggs in the snow. We have not done that right here.

Has started raining here a little, should have more by this evening. They are saying 2 to 4 inches this evening. Not ready for that again. Maybe it will miss us, I hope.

We just had a very dark cloud coming at us, but it turned a bit northeast and we are ok for a little bit.

I rushed out to the garden (as fast as an old lady can go,) through drooping tree branches, and briars, trying to turn buckets over tomato and pepper plants. Then I thought ,"oh no they will blow off." So I went back out, found a shovel and scooped dirt on each one to hopefully hold them in place. I do not like to be outside when the thunder is rumbling and it is a long way to the garden.

I kept on asking God to keep me safe. He did.

Keep safe out there traveling Denise, That is a long way in the rain on those roads.

Marilyn, It is nice you have tomatoes and all, but you keep safe when it is storming. I need to worry about you I think.
Did the storm go away? I hope so.

Take care all,

hugs

Darlene, the storm did just miss us this time, then later on we had a nice rain shower, so God watered my roses, and new grape vines, and all the other trees and plants for me. I am thankful. I hope April will bring some nice weather to you, so you can enjoy spring time.

On the warm and muggy side, this morning. We're expecting some rain, maybe thunderstorms, then it's getting cold for the weekend. Maybe even snow next week. Spring can be a roller coaster!

Happy Day!

We woke up to snow this n the ground yesterday, big fluffy wet flakes lasted most of the day.

Hi ladies! Well we survived the storms yesterday/last night and are greeted with a beautiful, though overcast morning. Our backyard is flooded again, and there are trees down behind the fence, but praise God a tornado didn't hit here, and we still have our electric, which is more than I can say for thousands of others here in the Carolinas. What a massive storm!!!
