| Not as warm today but the wind has been blowing since last night and making it cold. Didn't sleep well due to the wind and my hip has been giving me trouble again. |

At 11pm my son sent me a text, "Do y'all have power?"
Oh, so that is why the heater just stopped! So I texted back, " NO we dont. I will call. "
It appears that only a few of us were affected, I was the first caller.Probably the big winds!
Within 15 minutes they were on the county road, looking. We have an incubator filled with eggs and 3 baby chicks! Oh No! I got busy and wrapped them in fleece blankets. We rejoiced when the power came back on at 12:15am. Unwrapped everything.
Back to sleep until the cell phone calls began. It was 3am.
Red alerts! Severe thunderstorms about to hit you!
Then about 3:30am the text from local police, and it hit. Meanwhile when power was restored so was my wifi, so now I could see one of the most massive thunder storm systems I have ever seen.
But after raining and rumbles of thunder for four hours...we got 1 and 2 tenths inches of rain.

It is pretty here today, ice blue sky. I just read that is getting or going to get something called a “Bomb Cyclone Blizzard”.
Sound cold and bad
