Denise, jami doesn't have Ms. She has a form of Lupus. Both have some common side effects.

Connie, I went back through her letters when we first started writing to one another in 2014 and I see it is lupus. I must have mixed her up with one of my other penpals.

I wanted to share this picture with you. Tillie, my husband's Schnauzer is dying. Mr. Twister has been so attentive. See his paw on Tillie's right front leg, giving her unspoken love and
support. Scruffy the little white dog has been so good to her too.
Each morning she would get up by herself and walk outside, get a big drink from the doggie pan, pee, poop and lie down in a cool hole. Until about 9 or 9:30 when I would call her to come in side. I took this picture around noon today. I was pressing things and did not hear her make her way toward the back door. So she rested until I came to the kitchen and this is what I saw. It was so hot she only stayed out for a few minutes. Later she took a turn for the peace and sleep. She is alive but barely. Please remember us as you pray. My husband loves this little dog so much.

So sorry Marilyn, it is hard to loose our faithful companions.

Love and hugs. Its so sad when our friends leave us. Happy he has Mr Twister there with her. Our animals have a lot more understanding than we give them credit for.

That is such a cute picture, Marilyn. So sorry Tillie is so ill. Mr Twister is so nice - pets do have that extra special sense about people and pets who are ill. Thank you for sharing the picture.

Marilyn, the photo of Mr. Twister tending to Tillie is beautiful and heart warming. When our first Lab was in this last 2 days of life, our kitty Felicity tended to him all night long and left only to eat or go outside for a bathroom break. After his death, she literally mourned for several months and stopped eating well. It was my first awareness of how animals communicate and experience grief. I know what a heartache your husband is experiencing too. Losing a beloved pet is so very hard and sad. I am sorry he is losing his little fur buddy.

I will keep Jami in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Thanks Winnie. First Mr. Twister lost Cookie, the furry kitty we adopted from the animal shelter when she and the girls were very young. Yes he mourned for her, even though he was so jealous of her.
The first night Scruffy the little white dog, slept beside Tillie. Now she sits on the foot of the bed all day long watching from up above. Mr. Twister sleeps besides her.
Horses are so social...and aware of everything going on within their viewing area. When I was watering the horses in the barn, someone was always missing, because my son would take them out to ride them. Those left behind would miss their friends. Then when he brought them back...everyone was happy...Then they could relax.

Please pray for my Uncle Steve
He has copd. He got sicker and sicker. Had many tests done. He has stage 4 lung cancer. He is as Christian man. Loves the lord. His daughter and her family live near him and his wife,my Aunt Anita. The Dr says he has about 6 months to live. Pray for them. They live an hour from me so I will be able to visit and cook some for them or help in some way. Thanks

Connie I am putting your Uncle in my prayers!
Oh dear Heavenly Father please I ask be with Connie’s Uncle Steve , hold him up Lord and give him strength to go through this awful disease of Cancer and help his lungs from COPD. I ask that you would make him better or heal him. Make him a miracle. Be with Connie as well while she is helping her Uncle give her the strength she needs, please!

Lord also ask that you also bless each and every one of the very special Farm Sisters in this group, they are also very loving, bless each one of them and thank you for bringing them into my life. Amen.

Have a wonderful day my friends, I love you all!
