Thank you girls for all the lovely prayers, its been something. I am dealing with a kidney stone that just does not want to leave me. But I'm ready for it to move on, I have things to do. Just taking it a day at a time right now. But thank all of you for hanging in there with me and stepping in when I could not. Hoping things will get back to normal soon. Everyone take care and have a great day.

Farmgirl Hugs & May all your Wishes come true.

Sherry, have you tried drinking Reverse Osmosis water? I was talking to the man at the water shop, where I buy water for the coffee makers. He said their coffee maker there at the shop, makes several pots a day, the cheapest one Wal-Mart sells, is six years old.
Then he told me of a man who had suffered with kidney stones for years ( going in to have them blasted every three months), who became a customer of theirs. He had been drinking the Reverse Osmosis water for about nine months and had not had a problem at all. Now I don't know if it would make your stone leave, but I know it can help prevent a recurrence.

Sherry, sending you prayers for the kidney stone to resolve itself. I have taken care of patients with them and I know it has been quite painful for you. Let us know how you are doing when you are able.

Prayers your kidney stones leaves you very soon, Sherry.

All of a sudden today, while visiting with 3 quilting friends, I had to run to the bathroom to pee. And - it burned a little. A little later again I had to run to the bathroom and this time it was pink. That is the quickest a bladder infection has come on for me. I Called my doctor and she sent in a prescription. I sure hope this works. I sure can't go far from a bathroom right now.

Cranberry juice! Vitamin C, lotsa water! I seem to average once a year for bladder infections. I've been taking a cranberry capsule every day as precaution.

Thank you for all the prayers. After one pill the burning and bleeding has stopped. YAY! Only 6 days left of pills.

My son took us to dinner at Genghis Grill last night for my birthday. My 3 grandsons were there, too; haven't gotten to see them as much because of the pandemic. Was a great time for all.

I hope all of our Farmgirls who are dealing with sickness and injury will continue to heal and feel better SOON!! Our Henhouse has had some real ups and downs this summer with health problems, including me with my broken little toe. One wouldn’t think that a broken pinkie would be much but that thing has been a real bummer! I went for a check in Wednesday and it is healing in alignment but both of the fractures have not healed completely . I do have way less pain than I did, but the broken toe has changed my gait enough that both knees are sort of bothering me from walking funny. Apparently the brain automatically shifts your gait to protect the wounded joint and fracture. That is a good thing but creates a second problem to deal with. Another x-ray in a month and hopefully that will show full healing!

I am praying that everyone is on the mend and on the downhill slide of this summer's ailments. I got up thinking that we are halfway through August, just 2 more weeks until September. September 1 in my mind is the beginning of fall. I am so looking forward to it!

Winnie I have broke my little toes on both feet. It is very painful and it ended up putting my hip out of place because of having to walk differently. I hope it continues to heal and you are soon back to doing what you love.
