| I can't believe it is December and we are still having 50 degree weather. It is rainy from now until Sunday when it will be sunny and in the 30s. Weather sure is strange and all these tornadoes going on. |

| Heading up to the low 80s the few days. What was that about a cozy Christmas with a hot mug of your favorite beverage around the fire???? It looks like more the version of short sleeves and flip flops outside on the porch! LOL!! |

| My oldest granddaughter will be 4 tomorrow. She wanted a special birthday "date" this week so I drove her to our nearest "big" town, about an hour south of here. We woke up that morning to dark skies, not like the beautiful sunny day the day before. We got halfway there and it was snowing. She had her heart set on going to the "bath bomb" store so I decided that we would just keep going. I have driven in snow for years but haven't had a little one with me in the snow for a LONG time. Glad we went! It was a fun day! She got to her bath bomb store and not only shopped for herself but everyone else...haha! We had lunch out and I thought she might nap on the way home....nope! She sang Christmas carols on the way home! It made for some happy times and memories! |

| Warm in the 80s the past few days and humid. Today we had showers and will have more rain the next two days before a cooler front passes by for a couple of days. The 10 day forecast has Christmas Day at 79 degrees again and warm through January 1. It has been an above average warm and dry month for us and the long range prediction has more of the same for January and February. Looks like we won't be having much cold weather at all this year. |

| It will be 50s here on Christmas day so no white Christmas for us. Makes me rather sad. I was so hoping for it this year. But the weather has been kinda of weird everywhere it seems. |

My daughter decided to have Christmas dinner early so I could be there. This was our drive to Nevada:
It was so beautiful but so cold -- 12 degrees that night, but the prime rib and crab was delicious! |

We have been having so much rain and it seems that is how we will ring in the new year too. With possible snow through the night on the 2nd. I'm getting a bit tired of the rain.
