We have found that during the months of April and May it is very rainy here. I am ready for some less wet days. The sun will make an appearance after these storms are over today and get up to 88. So we are in for that muggy feeling. I sure wish we would have had a longer Spring.

Julie - wow! Hope the snow has gone for you.

Darlene - beautiful Easter Cactus.

Storms due here tonight; hot, muggy and windy today until the storms tonight. Then cooler temps this weekend. LOL!

Thank you Linda I am glad I got that photo because right now it looks pitiful. All blooms are shriveled up.

It is a very old cactus!
I like it.

Yes, Denise, it becomes such a bummer when being outside is a chore and you tend to stay inside which is not good. Being able to have decent day temps makes it so much better and pleasant.

Breezy and cool here too. I'm afraid this is the last good weather before the blast furnace hits us.

We only got 1/2" of rain last night, but anything is needed. Our area is very low on rainfall for this year.

We are in the 70's with rain today. Yesterday was 87 and we went to the Splash park with the kids after our morning errands.

Hot and Humid. Florida Summers are always the same. We do need rain badly. There have been a couple of light storms this week in the late afternoon but very little rainfall from them. I think most of the rain evaporates right back up.

Well I guess there was one close by. We got the siren and headed to the basement for a bit. I hate to hear those but at least we hadn't gone out this evening.

Denise, I’m so glad you didn’t have the tornado touch down. Too scary.

We are enjoying a gorgeous rainy day! We do need the rain. Love to listen to rain fall, it's so soothing.
