Happy Friday everyone, been crazy busy for the last week or so. Finally have a day to regroup and enjoy that cup of tea this morning. Suppose to have storms tonight and maybe cooler weather next week. We will see. Hope all of you have a very nice weekend.

| Yes, Happy Friday! I love fall best of all because of the color changes in the leaves, but that happens so much more in the upper midwest than here in Texas. LOL! It is getting windy here this morning - just waiting for the storms this afternoon and evening. |

| I say ditto to the Nov. 4 posting of that gorgeous fall leaves scene!! Just beautiful! I miss not having this display of color living down here in Florida. Fall is very muted to almost non-existent down here. |

| I remember the oaks leaves falling and that was about all there was to our fall in Florida when we lived there Winnie. And there was no real color to fall. |

| I've tried Sweatshirts here, too, but Texas weather goes from 90 to 40 and vice versa so quickly I can't leave a sweatshirt on all day - most any day. LOL! |

| Today is sweatshirt weather because a hurricane is coming through tonight and tomorrow. Things are calm right now but the exact path has moved a bit south of us and that might lessen the impact or it may not. My guess is that tomorrow will be a sweatshirt day too. Then, later this weekend a cold front drops down and we might get some very cool temps like 60s/40s for a change. Who knows because a hurricane usually leaves a warm and humid situation for awhile. We are all just watching the TV updates to see what is going on. |

| Isn't too cute! I miss having kitties around. I always had them when I was a child. Then it was a long time after we married before we had any pets. Then it was dogs. I've been thinking about getting a cat again but my son in love has terrible allergies and I'd hate for him not to be able to come over. |
