I remember picking Black Eyed Susans as we would take a walk along the road in the summertime back home. I am so glad we have flowers to enjoy and make the world a pretty place!

This is called The Royal Welcome Rose.
As far as I know the Peace Rose has a golden center that turns pale yellow on the petal..

| My mother always had Lily of the Valley in her garden, and I love them. Maybe that was because May is her birth month. I have not yet tried to grow them here in Texas. I'm not sure if they would survive our summer heat. |

| Linda -- I think they like a cool moist place. I tried growing them here in our hot dry valley and it didn't work. |

I have had some Lily of the Valley grow sometimes. Depends on the weather. They are very pretty.
