My quilt guild makes and raffles off a quilt every year. This year's quilt is one that I would really love to win, and maybe you would, too. The pattern is a Blooming 9-patch and the guild has named it Wild Flower Lane. I love the colors that were used for this quilt. It is a large 102" x 110". I have attached a picture so you can see it.

As a guild member I usually just buy the raffle tickets they'd like me to sell every year because since I am retired I have very few people around me to sell tickets to. And since there are several in our henhouse who love nice quilts, I thought I would offer the tickets for sale to you.

Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. I have 36 tickets to sell (and I can get more) and if you would like to purchase one or more please just let me know and I will fill out the raffle tickets with your name and you can send me a check. You are not under ANY obligation to buy tickets, but it is a beautiful quilt. The drawing is Dec. 15, 2022.

Thank you for looking.

I would love to buy some tickets, 6 for $5, Linda, that would be great!
What do I need to do to get the money to you?

Darlene and Karen -

Thank you both so much. The picture I took of the picture I have doesn't do it justice. I will send you an email picture, too. If you would just send me a checkmade out to me that would be great and I will put in cash. I will send you a picture showing that I wrote your name on the tickets. Again, thank you very much. I appreciate your support.

If you need my address, Darlene, please let me know.

Linda, is this quilt big enough for a king sized bed?

And how big are the squares in the nine patches? To my old eyes it looks like they are smaller.
Also is Thursday the deadline? I just saw this.

Marilyn -

This quilt is plenty large enough for a king size bed. A standard King Size quilt is 92 wide by 100 long. This quilt is 102" x 110".

The drawing for the quilt isn't until December, so I will be able to get more tickets before then. Just let me know if you'd like some. I will be picking up some more tickets on Thursday night at my quilt meeting.
