It has not arrived in our neck of the woods. Hoping tomorrow really is the first day of Spring weather but apparently winter can still show up in April here. I'm grateful we don't get it like Julie does. My daffodils are all fallen over from the winds we have been getting. A happy note, the robins are singing so it can't be long now!

That was me Debbie. I found spring can be considered from the 19th to the 21st. So you are not wrong. Here they don't realize it is spring.

How is Ohio compared to New Jersey? Which state do you enjoy the most Denise?

Debbie,
Ohio seems to have longer winter's but where we were in NJ is a bit south of here so a little milder at times. I miss the land we had and the quiet of the country. But my grandchildren are here and I wouldn't want to miss out on their growing up time and making memories.
As for the state I like Ohio better but like I said I miss the weather and farmland there.

Ohh, love the purple spring quote Debbie!
Debbie K, I hope you have something blooming inside at least??
Karen, that's how it started here, then BOOM!! Blooms everywhere!!
Denise, Julie, Debbie, most blooms froze last night after a cruel visit from mother nature! Its ok, there's more to come!!

Oh, I hate when that happens! I noticed my lilac tree is getting buds and I’m hoping they don’t get frozen!
Nothing blooming inside right now. I’m thinking about getting a bunch of daffodils from the store to make it look a little more like spring inside.

Beautiful Dianna!

I have some crocuses opened up and some daffodils getting ready.

Debbie K - I had to check my lilac since you mentioned it and I have some buds as well!!! How exciting :)

Something ate my crocuses. My daffodils got ruined from the snow and frost. Something is now eating the tulips greens.

I have no idea. Something is now nipping at the tulip leaves so we think it is rabbits.

On the NJ versus Ohio, I prefer the political stance of Ohio over NJ.
