Happy St PatricksDay!
oops -- Not wearing green; guess I'd better go change. Looking forward to potatoes, cabbage and corned venison tonight.
And my tape of Irish music. My daughter got me an Irish title for my birthday one year so I'll put on my tiara and be Lady Judith of Kerry today.

We are definitely celebrating this special day! Love our Irish heritage and the fact St. Patrick brought his beliefs to the Irish.

I wore my green to church yesterday and had my little pin on.
There were a few others who wore green too!!
Hope you had a good day!

Linda -- When I went to put on some green I found the only green I have is my old 4-H pin. I'll have to plan better for next year.

Don't feel bad girls! The flag of Ireland represents the Catholic faith with the green and the Protestant faith with the orange. So we wear orange. However I didn't have anything orange to wear to church so I wore my plaid skirt and everyone thought it was for St.Patricks day even though it didn't have green in it. I did wear a necklace that has a tiny, delicate clover made of silver with emerald stones in it. You can hardly see the stones. It came from Ireland. I hope to visit there some day.

I'm beginning to see how limited my wardrobe is. No orange either.

I don’t have anything with orange in It either .
I always grew up with green.
I think from the movies I have watched that Ireland and Scotland that they are beautiful there.
My Irish came from my mom’s family.
Have a wonderful day!
