Mary Janes Farm is amazing !! I'm new at this right now ... but plan to get to know the ins and outs well!
Gluten Free Farmgirls is my chapter of the farm to raise awareness for Celiac Disease, to help the recently diagnosed or the ones who are struggling and to get great ideas, tips and tricks from those who are gluten free for myself and to share!
Awareness and knowledge is the key!
You know this if you are Gluten Free or if you're a family member, friend or caretaker of someone who is Gluten Free - it's a rough world out there - but it doesn't have to be, plus it's getting better by the day!
Have you heard the terms "Gluten Free" or "Celiac" in the news lately? Have you wondered what Gluten is? This is the chapter to get involved with to find out more!
