Hi Girls, Just a reminder that I will be sending out the next newsletter in about 3 to 4 weeks. Please let me know if you would like to include something or just send it on over. I hope everyone has been enjoying the newsletter as much as I enjoy putting it together for you. If you have a suggestion about how to make it better or more interesting please let me know and I will work on that. Take care

Sherry, You do a wonderful job on our newsletter! I have been responsible for newsletters in my past and I know how hard it is to come up with content every time. I will put my thinking cap on and try and come up with some ideas . The Fall season is so rich with traditions, recipes, crafts and inspiration.

Sherry, you do a fabulous job on the newsletter, it is just perfect, as soon as I get home and settled back in I will send my contributions for the next one.
We can have more than one book review per newsletter by more than one chickie, we will just keep them brief. A couple paragraohs per book, then more than one per can do it.As well as more recipes.
Winter gardening ideas etc would be fun. And since I have food allergeries I will be submitting simple and what I thinke delicious recipes for the fall and winter.
I will be doing the give away for the next newsletter, I will ask a question that those who wish to be a part of the give away will answer. I have my thinking cap on:-)
So, Sherry when I get home I will get my things in.
Hugs,
Debbie

Debbie

Thanks everyone, I was just sending out a reminder. I think in the last newsletter I had said the first of October, so I have backed it up a couple of weeks . Around the middle of October. Thank you everyone.

Hey Girls, I do not know what to do about the newsletter yet, so I may hold off for a few more weeks. Maybe let things settle down a bit in the hen house. And then whoever can make that decision about keeping the newsletter going or not. Would really like to know what all of you think. Thanks

Sherry,
Sounds like a good idea....
Maybe do a 'fall' newsletter rather than a monthly this time?

Then maybe a winter themed one?

Blessings,
Linda

yes maybe a seasonal newsletter would be much better suited to our needs. Then we can have time to collect recipes and stories for one big seasonal newsletter.

I know that a newsletter is so much work for you and I think a seasonal one or even a quarterly one would be easier on you. Seasonal though you get beautiful photos of the weather and season. Ilike them both. We could even write poems!
