We went for a walk around the block. I think I need to do it more often whew!
Violet whose turn it is for an overnight decided she wanted to ride her bike after our walk. While we were waiting for JT to get it down from the garage where the bikes hang, she and I cut some daffodils for the house. They are really drooping out there from all the wind. We salvaged what we could of them. Brightens up the table at least.

Those are lovely Denise. I love daffodils.

A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.

I'd been watching them the whole spring since they bloomed and after the wind got them I decided I wanted to see them from inside! They are growing between our chimney and a huge tree I would like taken down. It is very close to the house. Makes me nervous when we get the strong winds.

I love daffodils too but they don't grow well down here at all. Enjoy these welcoming spring flowers who are strong and brave enough to come out even when the weather is stormy and cold.
