boneless skinless chicken breasts

1

 

cup seedless red grapes, halved

½

 

cup pecans, toasted

½

 

cup mayonnaise

salt & pepper

  1. Grill chicken breasts over hot coals until cooked through.
  2. Allow to cool slightly, then chop roughly (you should have about 4 cups chopped chicken).
  3. Combine chicken, grapes, pecans, and mayonnaise in a large bowl and toss to coat; add salt and pepper to taste.
