Mango Ginger Ale FloatIris flourish

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

mango, peeled and diced

T fresh lime juiced

1

 

T sugar

1

 

pint mango ice creame

16

 

oz ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. In a blender, purée mango, lime juice, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Divide among tall glasses.
  3. Top with ice cream and ginger ale. Serve with straws.
