trail mix popcorn

Trail Mix PopcornIris flourish

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 20 small popcorn balls

Ingredients

½

 

cup popcorn kernels, freshly popped

½

 

cup dried pumpkin seeds

1

 

cup dried banana chips

¾

 

cup dried cranberries

¼

 

cup barley malt syrup

¼

 

cup brown rice syrup

1

 

t vanilla

Directions

  1. Toss popcorn with pumpkin seeds, banana chips, and cranberries.
  2. Heat syrups in a medium saucepan; add vanilla. Pour syrups over popcorn mixture; toss well.
  3. Form into balls.
