I saw the post about the missing WI teen and wanted to add my own post. These girls are 8 and 10 years old and were believed to have been abducted by a stranger/strangers. There are currently no leads, so please take a look and contact authorities if you know anything. Thanks so much!

UPDATE (12/5/12):
We heard the unfortunate news today that these little girls' bodies were found by hunters this afternoon. There are no active suspects in this case, but hopefully justice will be served soon. Please send out a prayer for their family and friends tonight. I cant imagine what they must be going through right now.

So, so sad. Such beautiful young girls. Prayers for their loved ones and their community as they deal with such a senseless loss.

I am trying to be the person my dogs think I am.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Melody isn't that the truth. But, sadly, most assaults on children are taken less seriously then some one who abuses animals. (not that that is right either, just saying if some one murdered a dog they often have more consequences then for a murder of a child!). Sad truth is, the world is upside down right now on what is important. And children are at the bottom of the barrel of importance to any one in power it seems. It's very very sad wicked world in deed. The Bible says the world is laying in the power of the Wicked One. Thankfully I have hope that some day God is going to destroy all the wicked, and let peaceful mild spirited people fill the earth.

I've been watching this case from day one...Yesterday I heard the news that hunters discovered two bodies believed to be the missing girls.

I am sickened. What a heart-wrenching conclusion to a horrible, horrible story. I cried and cried....

I have always instructed my kids to "pair" up whenever they are out and about because I really believed that it would deter to a degree, any attempt of crime. I have been proven wrong...It is just to sad for words.

We live in a WICKED WORLD. I hope they find whoever did this and show NO mercy.

I saw the news about their bodies this a.m on CNN. Heartbreaking--I just can't believe what we do to one another as humans. But to children? My heart aches.

How sad and heartbreaking for these little girls and their families.
How sad there has to be so much evil in this world. I hope they catch whoever did this. Scary to think this person or persons are still lurking around out there. The community must be terrified. I know I would be.

I will continue to pray for these families, and ask our Heavenly Father, to give them the strength and courage they need to face this HORRIFIC tragedy and that in Him, may, they find peace and comfort.

Oh no, my heart is broken for the families of these girls. As some of you know, this hits home for me... will this madness ever stop?!

Oh Stephanie, how awful! These poor people having to face such news, my heart breaks for the little girls who did not deserve what ever happened to them and for the families and friends who are trying to understand and deal with this tragedy. It seems that little girls are less and less likely to be found alive these day, I'm so horrified by what some evil individuals will do.

I have been following this story since the beginning...and checking almost every day for news about them. There is something very off about this one besides the fact that two girls went missing at the same time. That and the interviews with Lyrics mother. I wonder why more information isn't forthcoming? School has already started out in Iowa-

I have a feeling it isn't going to turn out well.

I have thought and thought about these girls--I can't believe nothing has been found. It truly is, as the policeman said, like they just vanished into thin air. But we all know that doesn't happen.

I am so sorry for their families--I cannot imagine anything more terrifying.
