I'll add more later

A doll I made when my oldest daughter desided (sp?) to cut her hair without permission. The dolls hair belonged to my oldest daughter before she took her below waist length hair and made it to right below the ear hair two years ago I hated to through it away ( maybe that sounds gross she had just washed it it was clean) It was her very first hair cut so instead of a locket of hair with a bow I have a doll with long braided hair that I made into a swedish sort of hair style not sure how easy that is to see in the picture.

This dress was made for one of my friends unborn babies atfer her husband died 2 1/2 weeks ago in a plain crash (fits a 12 month old) ( have two more gifts like this to make

the red tage is how I lable things I made

Props to you on the granmothers flower garden miniature pattern. I am working on a cathedral windows quilts that I have been working on and off on for 4 1/2 yrs now. I am loving it and will treasure it when I am done. I have had many ask me if I am going to give it to someone or sell it and my response is....."HECK NO!!! This one if for me...lol"

Today is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.

yep it is the cover item and it is their top seller in crochet at the moment too has been for a few days was number two for a few weeks now

thanks for the well wishing

I am fully recovered now took 8 months was a long hall coundn't pick up more than 10 pounds that whole time so I never got to unpack just started today and we have lived here for almost 11 months. I actually wrote the book while on recover the first 3 weeks after getting home from the hospital nothing like trying to create an item in your head when thinking is the farthest thing you want to do let a lone crochet it and pattern it and sit at a computer and type where you are not supposed to be doing anything other than laying flat. But it got done and I have a great sister in law who helped a ton.

Sunshine...your work is simply exquisite! You are a very very talented woman.
Congratulations on the book. When does it come out or has it already?
You could teach all of us a thing or two about refining, and honing ones craft.
Your work is so impeccable and of the highest caliber I have yet to see.

Blessings,

I hope every one is well I am doing much better these days. I hopefully cross my fingers have my last doctors appointment on the 20th of this month. While on bed rest I taught myself to knit like I needed another hobby. BUt my oldest daughter wanted to learn so I figured best to teach myself when I had now where to go but bed. Plus it gave me Christmas break to teach her and the middle daughter too. Tried the youngest but her fingers wouldn't work yet so she repicked up her crochet and is a ton better at it after letting it sit for 6 months her fingers are a little more nibble at it so in time she will be good at that and be able to handle two needle as well and the one hook now.

If you want to see what I have knit so far check here

Sunshine, it's great to see you on again! I had wondered where you went and had evidently missed your posts in April.
I just don't know where you find the time to do ALL that you do. Our year has been very overwhelming, so needless to say I haven't gotten to do much on that braided rug I started last summer while doing "end of life" care for my MIL. I have hopes to begin again this winter if all goes well. With ranch life, you just never can tell.
God Bless you and so glad to see you back posting on here again.
