Hi Farmsisters!

It's official!! I did it! I am a Master Gardener, certified by the University of Connecticut! We had graduation yesterday. What a happy day! I am so proud of myself for sticking through the ten months, long hours, and lots of work! It was so worth it!

To keep up certification won't be as arduous a task. I'm all done until next year. SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nicole

Thanks everyone! Now I can focus on getting back to other things. It was more time-consuming than I had anticipated but I will always be grateful that I did it.

I learned so much. The downside? Now I see things differently...like "oh there's an invasive! Oh there's disease!" Ha Ha. Guess that is an upside, too, depending on how you look at it.

Farmgirl Hugs,
Nicole

Woo Hoo! That is fantastic! What an accomplishment. Those volunteer hours spent in the training garden and others' gardens were challenging I'm sure. It's hard to do so much work when you know you want to be doing the same work in your own garden at home.

Congrats!
