We finally started redoing our kitchen. It's not a big size and it's comfortable. I can fit 4 people at the table and still have room to move around. So, I decided to change my wall paint color and went with a gray. I know many of you are getting tired of this color, but it blends nicely with the rest of my rooms. I also purchased shiplap for the main wall on the table side. I love it and when done, I will post pictures.

looking forward to seeing photos of both your re=do's...

I want to sand/prime & paint my ugly 35 year old plain dark wood cabinets..
But It is a big undertaking.. lots of cabinets...
Maybe I will get motivated after I see your projects..

Nancy, your choices sound so nice. Maybe when we are both done with the kitchen, we can post pics together :)

Sounds nice Joan. We are redoing our kitchen too. We are painting cabinets light avacado green and the walls which are paneling a light yellow. According to the paint card the yellow is called Ginger Wasabi. Two things I enjoy.

Gray is always a good standard color that goes with eveything. You can change the accent color any time you wish.
