Posted - May 29 2020 : 11:17:19 AM Ladies, please, please, PLEASE lift some prayers up for a lady I used to work with. She was my manager for 17 years and very dear to me. Her son, who I also knew, was killed in a terrible tragedy in Alabama on Wednesday. I just know she is absolutely heartbroken and I cannot begin to wrap my head around the awfulness of the whole situation. We are no longer close since I left that job and all I can do is get some prayers going.

Trust in your faith, not your emotions, when it comes to making life’s decisions.
I have learned that to have a good friend is the purest of all God's gifts, for it is a love that has no exchange of payment. by Frances Farmer
Just follow God unquestioningly. Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.

Posted - May 29 2020 : 12:15:31 PM I lost another student last year athat is in the same grade as my son. He was 15 and hit a train with his motor bike. Any young life is a tragedy and life will never be the same! Contacting her now would be a wonderful thing even though you may not think it will make a difference I am sure it will. You will both be in my thoughts.
Cheers!! |
