Next week my Bourbon Red Turkey chicks arrive. We have a spot in the barn ready for them along with an outside fenced in area. They will be in the basement until they are big enough to be outside.
The plan is to let them hatch their own eggs. We will butcher some and keep enough to keep a good flock going.
Anyone else raising turkeys?
