I watched a re-run of Sewing with Nancy Ziemann, and her guest was Mary Malauri, and was featuring her latest book "Sewing Gifts"..
I checked with our local library, but they didn't have it, went on line and found several resources to buy the book.. but, before I do, I thought I would ask if anyone has it, and their opinion on if it, is worth the $15...
Mary has several books out, but some are just to fussy for my crafting...

Hey Carrie,, Thank you....
I wish our library carried it.. I like borrowing books from the library and if I totally love them, then I buy them..
I have a whole box of sewing and crafting books that I am donating to our local library "Friends of the Library".. they sort & organize the books for their periodic book sale to raise money for the library.
Most of the books I am donating were those buy each month/auto sent.
Now I am a bit more prudent about what I buy.

I think I saw that book at Half Price Books recently. I went in to see what I could find on sewing as I am new to it. I was rather impressed and a bit overwhelmed by the selection I saw.

Denise, yep, we searched Thriftybooks too! they have some of her other books.
I did spot the one I am looking for on amazon but the seller wanted full price as when the book sold new several years ago.

I've not heard of this book but I checked thriftbooks.com and they don't have it. I checked another place I get my books but no lyck there either.
