I received on Saturday my June/July MJF magazine and in it was a recipe for baked oatmeal with almonds and coconut. We have friends staying this week and I made this for our breakfast this morning. The fresh blueberries and maple syrup made this oatmeal dish absolutely delicious & there was enough servings for 4 men and myself! I had wanted to take a photo of it but it was eaten up before i remembered to do it.
Thanks for a great recipe, hope everyone gets a chance to make it.

Dawn, I received my magazine and hurried to look for this recipe. I am missing 2 items. I added them to my shopping list. That picture looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it!
