I am in the middle of a day long cleaning and organizing whirlwind, but I had to pop in here for a moment to say thank you.

I am so excited mine came in the mail today! It's taking every last shred of willpower for me to keep it unread on my desk as I finish doing some much needed cleaning out of closets and our guest room. The farmgirl in me knows I will enjoy curling up with this issue when all my chores are done for the day. I absolutely love the grey and light rose color scheme, such a beautiful representation of Winter. The cover looks so romantic and calming, and MaryJane looks radiant!

From the cover alone, and the promises of the content inside, I can tell this is bound to be my favorite issue yet! Thank you so much for the inspiration, and the gumption that encourages me to finish the important chores before sinking into what will soon be glorious leisure time!

Mary :)

I just picked mine up from my TSC (I haven't gotten around to actually ordering it so it comes to my house yet!). I love it! Every issue I just keep reading over and over! I am going to try the milk paint this spring and the cupcakes! I love cupcakes and so very excited to try them out! Now I have something to bring over to new friend's homes as a hospitality gift when I visit!

Hi girls. So glad you like the Feb/Mar issue! Kathryn, if you make the pallet barn, we found a mistake in our directions. You'll need 24 lag bolts instead of the 16 we have listed in the directions.
Thanks again!
Carol

This issue has been the best one since the Simply Bee issue and the timing was perfect,I have been planning to build a small barn to house my growing number of goats but didn't need anything super fancy or complex to build, the carport pallet barn is exactly perfect for what I need,I'm already pricing carport canopies and collecting pallets and hope to begin constructing it very soon!
The milk paint recipe is also awesome,I plan to use it for my existing animal housing and chicken coops.
This is a great issue!

LOL I too read MJF Mag from cover to cover, every article, ad etc. I only receive this one so can't say if I would not do that with another mag though . BUT I do know I never ever do that with any Dutch magazine I read, so.....

I'm going to be in town tomorrow so I might just have to swing by Tractor supply and grab it. I always end up buying it before I get mine in the mail. So my mom gets my extra copy and is so excited. I'm not very patient with the postal service.

I got mine the other day! Read it from cover to cover, my new favorite! I say that every time I get the magazine.

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I got mine out of the mailbox today! I don't think I'll be able to look at it for a while, I'm babysitting a 1 year old today so I'm pretty sure he'll keep me running most of the day! I'll just have to set it aside for another time and wait patiently!

This is the only magazine that I always read cover to cover. Each article or comment teaches me something that I did not know before, and that is just what I was looking for. I even read the advertisements!

I got mine yesterday, too! I just LOVE it! I opened it at bedtime last night and read it cover to cover! Planning to re-read over and over and over again. I just love the cottage! Oh my gosh - it has that shabby style that I love! And the CUPCAKES!!! We're baking tomorrow! Yee hah!

I always tell my DH - I've never had a magazine that I've loved so much as MJF. I've never actually read a magazine from cover to cover like this before - I just can't put it down! I just learn so much, laugh and cry so much, feel so inspired, and so nurtured on so many levels! Thank you, MaryJane & staff, for brightening and enlightening my world!

Happy reading, girls! - Nini

My gut feeling was right about this issue! It is my favorite to date, and I have all of the issues save the first. The story about Sandy really touched me, as I am in the process of (nervously) rebuilding and reshaping my own home. Some times the work can get overwhelming, and Sandy's beautiful cottage was the encouragement I needed to keep going. I also loved the story on milk paint, and the information on blackberries. Actually, there is not one story I skipped through - I read the entire magazine front to back in one sitting. I plan on making the buttermilk cupcakes and tarragon deviled eggs this afternoon. :) I am going to attempt every single idea in this issue throughout the year, that is how inspiring this issue is to me!

And I am not sure if you did a little redesign specifically for this issue, or if it will carry over to future issues, but I love it! This issue was definitely shelter from my (mental) storm. LOL! :) Thank you again, so much.

Mary :)
