Sharon,

I am so glad you like the ATC. I was a little skeptical that the doily might be to large, but it was the only extra one I had on hand.
So glad you are enjoying it. This was a really fun swap! Maybe we can be swappees again some day.

Blessings and Hugs!

CJ, Love the ATCs the ladies sent you! So cute, and I love the ATC holder that Jill made!

I received my 3 ATC cards today! I got the Valentine card from Jill with the Love bingo board and sweet boy and girl, the queen of diamonds by Sharon Bakke, and potpouri (#1 of 3) by Mary Duffel! I love them all!! I thought getting 1 ATC per swap was fun, but 3?? It's fun to see of the different styles and techniques.

Thank you, ladies, for the beautiful ATCs!

Thanks for the advice on the different adhesives, CJ. I'll have to try some of Aleene's products! I've heard they are good, guess I just didn't take the time to look at the different ones. It's good to have feedback so you know what products work well!

Deb, yours were WAY COOL!! With decorating the backs too and adding the teabags! Love it. I thank you for the extra one and I chose the little "camping" bi-fold and thank you for that. I'll have to post a pic of that one too! Too cute!

I use glue dot runner AND glue stick on all paper surfaces. If I use fabric I brush on Aleene's tacky glue. I sometimes use that for ribbon, rick-rack or lace trims. My adhesive of choice for all embellishments (buttons, brads, bows, flowers, wire, etc., etc. ) is Aleene's 7800 Clear Platinum bond. On all my papercraft projects I do the background layers, as many flat ones as I can and then put them under heavy books and let them press & dry for quite a while. Then I use clamps like clothespins to press embellishments until they dry.
When I use fabric sometimes it can curl however the pressing for extended periods until dry makes all the difference in the world.
Things get "pressed" a lot at my house . . :D
