I'm wondering what cookies I should bake for Christmas this year. I love to bake the slice and bake kind because they are so easy. I know the cutout cookies are a favorite for everyone during the holiday. Plus they are so yummy. I know if I bake too many cookies I can always take them to the fire department or the EMS building. They would appreciate them.

What did you end up deciding, Lori? I have a great recipe for Peanut Butter Gingerbread cutout cookies - I wanted to make those this year and just ran out of time!

I'm hoping to try out a new recipe for Lemon Meltaways this weekend - time allowing.
