As some of you know, my mama had a major stroke awhile back.. so for this mamas day,, I just did not know what to do.. giving her fun, silly gifts were always easy in the past.. but things have changed..
I decided that pictures would be the best gifts, in hopes of jogging her memory, if only for a short time...
Sew here is what I made for her...
a sweet photo of mom, sissy and me back in 1964...
back about 2011 or 2012 mom and I were in Idaho where we took a great photo, I then decopaged 2 frames and sent one to her and I kept the other... mom has that photo by her bedside... now she will and the one of sissy and I.
I wish I could be there with her for Mothers Day, but I will be there during the summer.

Oh Grace, this is soooo beautiful. I did not realize that about your mom. I am so sorry that she had a stroke. What a lovely gift you made her. Such a great idea for anyone's mama, as our parents reach an age and don't need a lot of "stuff". Love it. You are so talented.

My thoughts were that the red and pink colors would stimulate my mom's brain as she loved the color red...
