Well the Girls are out of the barn... we took them out later this afternoon... We will level them up and decorate them tomorrow, early in the day...when the Skeeters are out... dang, they were viscious...

I am thinking about making new curtains for the Aristocrat..
I did make a 'Flag pennant' and am almost done with the Banner, just need to add the binding...

I can hardly wait to set up the Girls, and send some time out in them, napping or reading or just day dreaming...

Just keep your fingers for us that there wont be anymore heavy rain storms.

I got to spend a bit of time out in the A-crat today, is it dusty... lol!
I took measurements so I can make new curtains.. I am also thinking about adding some lace panels too.
I can hardly wait to get to work.. but first I need to buy some new rods and then dig through my stash of lace curtain panels, I can never resist a good buy at the Thrifts lol

Winnie,, JaVoll it will be fun... Irmgard is game for Glamping :>)
Yes, Germans are embracing the "GO Camping" adventures... I watched (on U-tube)a RV Show that was being held in N.Germany.. their Campers/motorhomes are quite different compared to American ones...

Krista, we are having nice weather for the moment,, but rains and T-storms are due in... oh well,, in the mean time my bees are being busy pollinating and I am getting busy 'spring cleaning' up my trailers..

Have you been out yet? How's your rain? We are still getting rain off and on. It will be so nice to play outside in the sunshine and enjoy your trailers! I can't wait to see how you decide to decorate them!

Grace, I love your darling camper "Girls"!! Your German friend is going to jus t adore this experience too!! AS you know, there are many little camping sites in Germany along the various river banks. Germans love to camp and enjoy activities on the river. As we traveled down the big rivers like the Rhine, there are camping sites where you can tell, some people have set up more or less permanent campsites from pop up type tent structures for long term stays. My guess is that these folks are retired and they rent spaces every year for the entire season. It all looks like fun to me!! So, I predict that you and your BFF are going to be living the German dream of luxurious camping at "the Farm"!! Hehehe, you have your own sort of B&B set up with your adorable trailers!!

Love those MJF buntings too!!! Keep us posted on the camping event when your friend arrives!! German Farmgirls Unite!! And I am proud to have an ancestral lineage that includes German!!Sehr Gut!

here they sit, still unadorned... that's because I got side track out weeding in my lavender bed.

actually, I am sitting outside, soaking my tootsies...

Thank goodness we have left overs from yesterday, so I don't have to cook... lol!

Maryjane, yes, I do agree,, about the cut fabric choice! :>)
Oh, and I did manage to find a bit more of this fabric in my stash, in the pink pastel colors... Whoot Whoot!

I am antsy to get out there by the River, in Spokane for some relaxing Glamping time... if you ever want to join me,, give a Yoodle :>)

My childhood BFF is arriving from Germany the end of July and staying until the end of August... and she is looking forward to "camping out" even if only on our property, in the trailers.. this is so new to her and will be a fun experience...

Good fabric choice for your banner, katmom! Girls are lookin' great. I'll bet it's nice to get them out and spruce them up for yet another glamping season.
