Well, I asked them for ideas. So last week, we did our first of their ideas. How much fun we had! I hosted "pumpkin night". We made jack o lanterns out of sugar pie pumpkins, roasted the pumpkin seeds, and made pumpkin bread from scratch. Then we watched "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" on dvd. It was all their idea, but we had so much fun. It was a nice break from the "work" aspect of scouts at this age, but would be fun for all ages, or even with a group like a Farmgirl Sisterhood chapter.
