This is a cute little cover up apron, I think suitable for both the kitchen and the garden. I'm thinking of a Mud Hen patch and some sunflower appliqués Now I need to go create the Mud Hen logo...
My great aunt wore aprons like this one, it makes me miss her, but also gives me a fond feeling of remembrance of all the good time we spent in the kitchen together doing things. Nostalgia can be a good thing, I'm going to try and make it because it does make me think of her. She was a great lady and a feisty Texan.
