There's a great interview in Hobby Farms Magazine (March/April 2011) with Joel Salatin, one of best known advocates for sustainable farming.Or, you can read the entire interview online at www.hobbyfarms.com/JoelSalatin. I've got his book "Everything I Want To Do Is Illegal" from the library right now. Haven't read much yet though.
