I'd love a penpal. I turn 60 this week and am struggling with it. I have children in their 30s and grandkids. My DH and I spent about 4 yrs travelling the country and we loved Texas but I'd rather have a penpal from the pacific Northwest or California coast or N.D. or S.D. if possible. We did not get west of Texas, and I would like to learn more about a place I've never been. I live near the Gulf of Mexico and love the beach. Thanks for listening and please add me to the penpal list. I'm really looking forward to some changes in the new year..anyone else? Joey

Yipee! I'd LOVE to be penpals with you, Pam. At 1 point I planned to move to AZ and the only "real" thing left on my bucket list is for me to see my husband see Grand Canyon for the first time. I am familiar with AZ and love the culture. Pam, I think I already have your address and will write soon.
I'd also still love a penpal from the Pacific NW, Calif, ND, Montana, etc. Anyone want to give it a go? Joey

| Whitney, I've had the same problem - you get assigned someone and then after a letter or two they don't write any more. It can be frustrating when you put in the time and energy to write but don't get an answer. Sending you an e-mail. |
