I'm loving this scoby conversation. I would love some from whoever has some to share. Never made the Kombucha tea before or anything else with scoby either so any instruction on the process would be much appreciated. Lyn, I see you are from Small Town, MI. Is that actually a town or a description of a town? I'm from Michigan also. If we are close we might meet to swap the scoby for something I might have.
