Well it's official, we're going to live in Australia for about 4 years. And this weekend my boyfriend has asked me to marry him, which I said yes. We broke all the news to my mom this weekend and she is tickled pink. I wasn't too sure how she was going to take the long distance move, but she's ready to come visit! I'm still reeling from all this, it's so unreal! So much to do and plan now!

We're planning on doing a civil wedding so we can get my work visa. Then we'll have a formal ceremony in June for family and friends, small and on the beach. We should be moving shortly after, August by the absolute latest. We're planning on living on the Sunshine Coast, as close to the beach as possible. A real dream come true!

Whereabouts?

And congratulations!!!

Never could get the knack of vegemite, maybe you will if you haven't already. Be sure to stay in touch and get out there and see some of the sights in the middle of the country...it's pretty mind blowing!

Well, the date is set, June 16! I'm so excited, it's starting to set in. Now what should I wear? Imay make my own invitations, I have a Cricut.
We're hoping to live about an hour and a half north of Brisbane. Out of the city for sure.
