Oh my goodness! A big Happy 50th Anniversary wish to you and Sterl! May you have many years yet with each other and much joy! Sometimes I want to bust mine upside the head and leave too, but then I think we all do have those times, and as you say, the making up is always something to look forward to Wish I could come and hug you both. Lots of love to you Miss Wilma!

I'm so happy for you and Sterl, Wilma. It's good to remember those lean years, those sad years--makes the happy ones all the more happy. We are so blessed to know and love both of you and wish you 50 more years (all happy ones!) together!

Congratulations on 50 years of marriage. That is something to be proud of. We will be married 39 years next month and there were times when I wanted to stab him with a fork! Glad I didn't and glad we have stayed together.

Wow Congratulations to you Miss Wilma and your other half....My husband was just asking me today how long we will be married this year. I said to him don't you know. And he said yes 35 years and I started laughing. But he was close. it will be 33 years for us this year. Yes time sure goes by fast when you are having fun. LOL....I remember those times also when I thought about leaving. But like you I am glad I stayed. I also have a good husband. Dance on the lawn and celebrate your wonderful life together. And Thank our great lord for all the blessings in life he has brought your way...

Do any of us remember our first argument? Ours was over a bowl of oatmeal, Believe it or not after 50 years and my loss of appetite he cooks me oatmeal every morning. We didnt have a camper but we had an old 2 ton truck so we would leave the kids with mom and take off to the lake camping, just threw an old tarp over the bed, took a bale of hay for our bed and threw on some old qiilts, now we was right up town

Laurie and we still live the simple life, I am at the stage in my life where the young folks just amaze me, Actually I think I have been an old woman since the age of 4. Its funny how they think when you get old your mind ceases to work, boy if they only knew the lessons I could teach them. But anyway I could learn a lot from the young to. The very first thing I would tell a young couple is something my great grandfather told me when I was 12 years old, Never marry anyone unless you love them more than your self
